APK provided all aspects of Groundworks and site Remediation including providing Value Engineering options for the Disposal and Treatment of 1400m3 of Contaminated Soils in the form of constructing an on site borrow pit.

Other works including Sub Structure Concrete, Retaining Walls, Drainage, Ducting and all External Works.

The development achieved a NHBC Pride in the Job Award and APK are proud to have played our part in the development obtaining this prestigious recognition.
