Scope Of Works

APK were appointed by Interserve as the structures contractor to construct the reinforced concrete inlet structures and settlement tank as part of the sewerage treatment works upgrade for Northumbrian Water.

The reinforced concrete structures which were watertight were delivered using APK’s directly employed workforce. The works were carried out within a tight site within an existing water treatment works which remained fully operational at all times.
