Scope Of Works

APK Civil Engineering were enlisted to undertake all Civil Engineering & Groundworks element of the project to allow the Main Contractor to land the bridge Structure. Works involved constructing the new Bridge abutments adjacent to the River Greta, setting of the Bridge Bearings, formation of new Ramp accesses and Steps, and cladding the structures in locally sourced Walling Stone.
